What is a false belief? Today I tried to figure out why I reacted to a situation the way I did. When light shined on the reaction, I realized it was based on an old thought pattern that wasn't applicable anymore. If I'm responding based on a belief I don't hold to be true anymore, then it's a false belief. That's one definition.

I AM willing to recognize what disturbs my peace. My perception of what someone else might do took me out of peace for a time. I prepared what I would say when this other person said what I expected. When I arrived, they were relaxed and happy. I had wasted lack of peace in preparation for something that never happened.

Today I choose to be in peace, because I choose to reject all that is anti-peace. Any thought that disturbs my peace I immediately reject. Any belief behind recurring thoughts that disturb my peace I will monitor.
